Leading the brigade of the Laguna Restaurant is Fabio Pelizzon: a long-time chef, Pelizzon combines mastery at the highest levels in seafood and lagoon cuisine and a careful selection of the finest raw materials.
His dishes thus become a real palette, in which shapes and colors play and reinterpret tradition in new and unprecedented inspirations.

The labels of our cellar are carefully selected by our sommelier. Together with numerous local excellences of our land, we offer numerous local wines; in addition, we have a wide selection of wines from all over the world.
